SEASIDE MOZAIC
Indonesia’s hugely popular haute-cuisine eatery, Mozaic,
has opened its second highly anticipated establishment, the Mozaic Beach Club,
in Batubeling in Seminyak on the island of Bali. Although headed by the same
geniuses responsible for the success of the original Mozaic in Ubud, maestro
chefs Chris Salans and James Ephraim promise that Mozaic Beach Club will offer
dinners totally new experience.
