Vacation Spot In Bali

       

        My Lovely Country, Indonesia has a lot of vacation spot. They are Raja Ampat in Papua, Lombok Beach, Kuta Beach in Bali, Weh Island in Aceh, Bromo Mount in East Java, Piso-Piso Waterfall in North Sumatra, Gumul in Kediri, Losari Beach in South Sulawesi, Bunaken in Manado, Dayak Village in East Kalimantan, Culture Safari on Bali, Ciboboh Beach in West Java, Sunda Strait in Sumatra and so on. 

        I think I will tired to tell all of the vacation spot in Indonesia. So I will choose the one, And it is “VACATION SPOT IN BALI”. Good luck!

If you are foreigners, so you must visit Bali, specially. It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t visit the other vacation spot. The so-called “Island of The gods” is Indonesia’s permanent beach, nightlife, and hotel zone.

What is an exposition?

      An exposition is a piece of text that presents one side of an issue. The purpose of the exposition is to persuade the reader or listener by presenting one side of an argument, that is , the case or the case against.

Exposition texts can be in the form of :

                                                      1. advertisements

                                                      2. spoken arguments

                                                      3. editorials

Features of an exposition

CONSTRUCTING AN EXPOSITION

An exposition text usually has three sections. The first section introduces the author’s point of view and can preview arguments that may follow in the text. Next comes a series of arguments that aim to convince the audience. The final section is a conclusion that sum up the arguments and reinforces the author’s point of view.

THE ARRANGEMENT of  EXPOSITION

1. An introductory statement

      *..The author’s point of view is called the thesis of the argument and this is given in the introduction.

      *..The introduction can include a previews of the arguments that will follow in the next section of the text.

       *..A question or emotional statement can be used to capture the audience’’ attention.

2. A series of arguments to convince the audience

       *.. A new paragraph is used for each new argument.

        *..Each new paragraph begins with a topic sentensce that introduces the argument.

        *..Details supporting the argument follow the topic sentence.

       *..Emotive words are used to persuade the audience to believe the author.

3. A conclusion summing up the arguments

         I think, all people know her. She is Princess of Wales. Her complete name is Diana Frances. She was born at 1 July 1961(1961-07-01) in Park House, Sandringham, Norfolk, England. Her father’s name is Edward John Spencer and her mother’s name is Frances, Viscountess Althorp.

Diana has a background of royal and noble families. After his parents divorce, Diana was raised by his father. With his death next to his father, Albert Spencer in 1975, Diana's father became the 8th Earl Spencer and Diana given the title of Lady Diana Spencer and moved home when he was still a child at Park House to house their large family at Althorp. A year later, his father married with Raine, Countess of Dartmouth, daughter of romantic novelist Barbara Cartland.

       Environmental pollution has become a worldwide problem. Ranging from the smallest to the most dangerous life though. People are aware of the environment is not enough to rehabilitate the damaged environment. But who? OF COURSE WE AS HUMAN BEINGS WHO HAVE DONE ANY OF THIS EARTH IN ADVANCE. THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN SOLAR SYSTEM.

        Therefore let's do this simple thing.

        You all have no doubt heard the term 3R. 3R is Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We add a 4R, namely repair.

          Pencemaran Lingkungan sudah menjadi masalah yang mendunia. Mulai dari hal kecil sampai hal yang paling membahayakan kehidupan sekalipun. Orang-orang yang sadar akan lingkungan belum cukup untuk merehabilitasi lingkungan yang rusak. 

          Tapi siapa? TENTU SAJA KITA SEBAGAI UMAT MANUSIA YANG TELAH BERBUAT KERUSAKAN DI MUKA BUMI INI. SATU-SATUNYA TEMPAT TINGGAL MANUSIA DI TATA SURYA.

          Karena itu ayo lakukan hal yang sederhana berikut ini agar BUMI kita tercinta tetap hijau dan lestari.

          Kalian semua pasti sudah pernah mendengar istilah 3R yang sering didengungkan oleh banyak pencinta lingkungan. 3R itu adalah Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Kita tambahkan menjadi 4R, yaitu repair.

          Dan Info-nya sebagai berikut :

Reduce

          Berarti kita mengurangi penggunaan bahan-bahan yang bisa merusak lingkungan. Reduce juga berarti mengurangi belanja barang-barang yang anda tidak “terlalu” butuhkan seperti baju baru, aksesoris tambahan atau apa pun yang intinya adalah pengurangan kebutuhan.

          Kurangi juga penggunaan kertas tissue dengan sapu tangan, kurangi penggunaan kertas di kantor dengan print preview sebelum mencetak agar tidak salah, baca koran online, dan lainnya.

Reuse

          Sendiri berarti pemakaian kembali seperti contohnya memberikan baju-baju bekas anda ke yatim piatu. Tapi yang paling dekat adalah memberikan baju yang kekecilan pada adik atau saudara anda, selain itu baju-baju bayi yang hanya beberapa bulan dipakai masih bagus dan bisa diberikan pada saudara yang membutuhkan.

          Atau menggunakan botol plastic bekas menjadi vas bunga, saat pergi belanja hendaknya bawalah tas plastik sendiri. Sehingga menghemat penggunaan plastik yang bahan bakunya dari minyak bumi ini. Dan membutuhkan berjuta-juta tahun untuk dapat terurai dengan sempurna. 


Recycle

          Adalah mendaur ulang barang. Paling mudah adalah mendaur ulang sampah organik di rumah anda seperti mendaur ulang kertas bekas untuk menjadi kertas kembali.

          Kalian tahu apa alasan dipisahkannya anatara sampah yang organik-dan non-organik? Tentu saja untuk didaur ulang kembali. Sampah organik seperti kertas, tisu, pensil dll. Sedangkan sampah non-organik : kaca, plastic, kaleng dll. Dengan adanya daur ulang sampah yang sulit terurai tidak akan menggunung dan menghemat sumber daya alam.

          Daur ulang secara besar-besaran belum menjadi kebiasaan di Indonesia. Tempat sampah yang membedakan antara organik dan non-organik saja tidak jalan. Malah akhirnya lebih banyak gerilyawan lingkungan yang melakukan daur ulang secara kreatif dan menularkannya pada banyak orang dibandingkan pemerintah.

Repair

          Menjadikan 3R menjadi 4R. Repair memang banyak dilupakan oleh banyak orang, dan ini sebenarnya adalah hal yang terpenting di Indonesia. Repair adalah usaha perbaikan demi lingkungan.

          Contoh memperbaiki barang-barang yang rusak agar bisa kita gunakan kembali seperti sepatu jebol yang kita perbaiki karena dengan begitu kita tidak perlu membeli sepatu baru. Hal lain yang lebih besar adalah reboisasi atau perbaikan lahan kritis karena dengan ini kita bisa memiliki daerah resapan yang lebih besar dan menahan limpahan air yang bisa menyebabkan longsor.

          Penanaman bakau juga merupakan perbaikan lingkungan. Vulkanisir ban juga repair sehingga dapat kita reuse.

Banyak sekali hal yang bisa kita lakukan dari repair ini sendiri dan sangat diperlukan di Indonesia. Yang terpenting adalah kreativitas dan kemauan karena tanpa keinginan yang kuat, membuang sampah di jalan pun menjadi mudah. Tapi kalau anda sudah membiasakan diri dengan hidup yang menghargai lingkungan, maka dengan mudah anda dapat menahan diri.

            “Berat air ini jangan dilihat dari sisi absolutnya. Bayangkan apabila saya membawa gelas air ini selama 1 menit, mungkin tidak ada artinya.

Macam Gerak Otot

Otot Manusia

Otot sebagai alat kerja aktif yang menyebabkan tulang kita bergerak. Berdasarkan cara kerjanya, otot dibagi menajdi 2. Sbb:

          1.   Otot Protagonis

       Adalah Otot-Otot yang cara kerjanya dalam satu arah. Kontraksi dan mengembang bersama saat menggerakkan tulang.

Contoh :

*. Otot yang ditemukan di lengan bawah. Disebut Pronator muscles. Yang terdiri dari pronator teres dan pronator quadrates.

*. Otot dada

*. Otot paha

2.    Otot Antagonis

       Adalah otot-otot yang kerjanya berlawanan arah. Otot ini memiliki beberapa macam gerak, antara lain :

1)              Ekstensi-Fleksi

       Ekstensi adalah gerak meluruskan, sedangkan fleksi adalah gerak membengkokkan. 

       Misalnya ketika kita kita berdiri dan posisi kaki kita lurus, berarti kita melakukan gerak ekstensi. Sedangkan saat jongkok posisi kaki menekuk, berarti kita melakukan gerak fleksi.

2)              Abduksi-Adduksi

       Adalah gerakan menjauhi badan, sedangkan adduksi adalah gerakan mendekati badan.

       Contoh : gerak tangan sejajar bahu disebut abduksi. Sedangkan gerak (sikap sempurna) disebut adduksi.

3)              Depresi-Elevasi

       Adalah gerak menurunkan, sedangkan elevasi adalah gerak mengangkat, misalnya gerak menunduk dan menengadah.

4)              Supinasi-Pronasi

      

       Adalah gerak mengadahkan tangan, sedangkan pronasi adalah gerak menelingkupkan tangan. Kedua macam gerka ini seperti gerak melingkar satu sumbu sentral sehingga disebut juga rotasi.
