Rahmah mosque
This mosque stands
on pillars of concrete on the shores of the Red Sea. When the tide is out, it
looks as if it floating, which is why it is called the Floating Mosque. Devotees
on their umrah or hajj pilgrimages usually stop by here on their way to Jeddah after
praying their respects in Mecca and Medina.
